poor languishing beer blog... the best of intentions have not been matched with action.

i've been brewing up some wedding favor beer. the first two batches went into the secondary tonight: an organic IPA and an oktoberfest. the oktoberfest was first and my little sample was quite pleasant, but the organic IPA may possibly be the best beer i've brewed. right now it's dry hopping with some organic goldings and some very fresh homegrown cascade from matt's garden. tommorow we've got an organic porter to brew and next week a batch of honey wheat.
