Sweet and Spicy [when i originally wrote this in 2006 i wrote it was too sweet for my taste, but now Saison Dupont is one of my favorite everyday beers]. hints of cinamon and clove.
2007 update: in spite of growing popularity and availability this beer remains one of the exemplars of the belgian saison style farmhouse/brasserie ale.
